Transit between Terminals

Gatwick Airport has addressed the dilemma of transferring between the two terminals – North and South. Last July 2010, Gatwick publicized their recently developed Inter-Terminal shuttle service, connecting the two terminals. With the amount of £45 million and the duration of 10 months, the shuttle service was remodelled to how it is now seen and used. The previous inter-terminal shuttle service and the old monorail trains have served them since 1987 travelling to more than 2.5 million miles. It had to be replaced to serve customers better and guarantee them greater satisfaction and comfort. This shuttle service is free of charge and it only gives passengers barely two minutes to arrive to the other terminal. Now that is hassle-free! It operates at 24 hours a day, 7 days a week without fail. To get to the shuttle services, it is only a matter of following directions. Passengers in the North terminal can simply follow signs that direct them to the South terminal, vice versa for those travellers from the South terminal.
