BAA Launches the “blight assistance scheme”

Posted on 14. Dec, 2011 by in News

A second terminal at Gatwick is now on the works and will hopefully operational by 2019. But it is inevitable that some residents raise their concerns about this as this will affect them. BAA is aware of this and is doing its best to address the problem. They have launched the “blight assistance scheme” to assist those individuals who have hesitations over the said improvement. The scheme’s goal is to consult with the local residents, businesses and the council and hear their suggestions so that the two parties can compromise by doing lesser interruptions as the airport expands.
