In celebration of London Gatwick’s North Terminal 25th anniversary, the British Airways check-in staff brought its passengers back in the 1980’s by welcoming them dressed in 80’s uniform.

Peter Simpson, BA’s director of Gatwick mentioned: “Gatwick North has been British Airways’ home for 25 years and we are very proud to be marking that fantastic anniversary. Since the earliest days of aviation we have had a strong presence at Gatwick and our customers have flown from the airport all over the world.”

From then, over 100 million customers from BA have travelled destinations around the globe. And part of the celebration, the passengers who are getting ready to depart for Naples on the BA2607 were checked-in by the lively clad staff and remembered the airline’s very first flight out of the North Terminal 25 years ago.
